Clifford Chance and Singapore law firm Cavenagh Law have mutually agreed to end their formal law alliance, established in 2012, within the next four to five months.

Following the end of the alliance, Clifford Chance will continue to operate in Singapore under its existing Qualifying Foreign Law Practice (QFLP) licence and maintain its disputes practice, including international arbitration and Singapore-seated arbitration.

Cavenagh Law focuses on Singapore law matters, with practices spanning dispute resolution and related commercial legal matters. The firm will continue to operate as an independent firm, led by Nish Shetty and Paul Sandosham.
