Seoul-based Lee & Ko has announced plans to launch an Indonesia desk in Jakarta in October with Indonesian law firm Adnan Kelana Haryanto & Hermanto (AKHH). Lee & Ko partner Beomsang Lim will serve as the desk’s resident lawyer.

The Indonesia desk will advise Korean companies on investments and operations in Indonesia, covering M&A, joint ventures, market entry, compliance, employment and disputes.

The collaboration will also support Indonesian companies investing in Korea or working with Korean businesses, strengthening cross-border legal services between the two markets.
