DLA Piper has announced that Jake Robson has joined its Singapore office as a partner.

Jake Robson advises strategic investors and private capital clients on complex cross-border transactions. His practice covers mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and financial services transactions.

Before joining DLA Piper, Jake Robson was a partner at Greenberg Traurig, where he served as co-managing shareholder and head of M&A for South and Southeast Asia. Earlier in his career, Jake Robson was a partner at King & Wood Mallesons, Morrison & Foerster and Norton Rose Fulbright.
