Clyde & Co has announced that David Phua has joined its Singapore office as a partner, further strengthening its energy and construction practice in Asia Pacific.

David Phua advises on LNG and pipeline gas, renewable power project development and investment, mining and critical minerals.

Before joining Clyde & Co, David Phua was a partner at King & Wood Mallesons (now Mallesons), where he served as Co-head of Energy and Infrastructure for ASEAN.
